History
 McClure Construction was founded in 1975, by President Eugene McClure. Over the past 35 years, Gene has built the company from the ground up. From a single-man operation in 1975, with only a Ford six-wheeler dump truck, a 1973 John Deer 350B bulldozer and a John Deer 500A rubber tire backhoe, McClure Construction is now the largest construction company in the area, with two pit locations in southeastern Connecticut. As it has done for the past 35 years, McClure Construction will continue to supply the area with all its earth material needs, well into the future.
